5) How is TV and Radio regulated by Ofcom? 
OfCOM oversees all media channels and produces a code of conduct that all media channels must follow or have their licence to make content removed and/or be fined heavily. This includes what can be shown before the 9pm watershed and various other quality standards.

The way His Dark Materials entertains and Doctor who educates.The way His Dark Materials entertains is because of the chase scene.This entertains the audience because its full of suspense and  tension.The way Doctor who educates is because its informs us about information about how the world was like in the 1960s. It also informs us about the space race.
